SQUARE-AQUA- has been produced by a high-skilled craftsmen without losing its characteristics of block. The craftsmen are specialized in producing acrylic products and they enjoy producing high-quality products without compromise.
Everyone can produce only the appearance of CARPENTER BLOCK by acrylic, but the craftsmen has made a great effort to produce the interests of block which can be built something. They could find what they had to do to make it possible, because they have known the characteristics of CARPENTER BLOCK well already. It was a "Pleasure to build", they have tried to focus to produce it purely.
If they have finished to produce it when they just made it as a normal acrylic product, it was easy, but they have used their sensibility to adjust a small difference of positioning its projection, which is a characteristic of CARPENTER BLOCK, many times. And finally they added valued ideas which came from their experiences on CARPENTER BLOCK and could produce the better one than the original.
An acrylic board is cut into a square shape, seized nearly the same as CARPENTER BLOCK RE:MO, thanks to a computer programm.
Then, our maker has to choose some suitable knives from dozens of them to cut the SQUARE shape.
After we settle the special knives, the shape can be cut.
No machine can make a good job without the special sensivility of an specialist.
The machine cut precisely the Square.
A special attention must be paid to the cross part in the middle of the Square. There's a risk that it burns because of the hard frictions.
Handling the edge of SQUARE. There's only a process by hand, from here to complete a form of SQUARE.
Then, the work is not done yet, our maker has to finish the process by hand to complete the SQUARE's shape and polish it. They don't compromise with halfway finished products because SQUARE-AQUA- represents a beautiful visibility like pure water.
Polish process is done; one SQUARE-AQUA- piece is created, after 3 hours of technical work.
